Enterprise Agreements and Modern Award

Chisholm operates under two Enterprise Agreements:

• Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2018 (PDF - 3.08MB) for Teaching, Training, and Educators.
• Chisholm Institute of TAFE Professional Staff Enterprise Agreement 2018 (PDF - 3.6MB) for Professional and Support Staff.
• Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020 is also applicable.

All employees must adhere to Chisholm's policies, procedures, and agreements.

Probation Period

Employment with Chisholm includes a probationary period. This period can be 3 months or 6 months depending on your position and contract.  This will be known at the interview stage and can be discussed.
