You can view your apprentice or trainee’s progress and assessment results at any time via the Employer Knnect portal.

Assessments are considered as complete only after:

  • the apprentice or trainee has achieved all the competencies in accordance with their training plan
  • you have confirmed that your apprentice is competent in the workplace (where required).

If you employ an apprentice, the Victorian Registrations and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) will send you written confirmation when the apprenticeship is complete. If you employ a trainee, Chisholm will send you confirmation when the traineeship is complete.
