At Chisholm, training is delivered in accordance with the approved training plan for apprentices and trainees. The training plan will provide information on ‘on-the-job' and ‘off-the-job' training, so employers and apprentices or trainees have documented information about the training and assessment requirements.
The training plan is a live document and is used to track progress and record achieved competencies against the training contract. It is negotiated and agreed to by the employer, the apprentice or trainee, and Chisholm.
A training plan can be amended during the delivery and or assessment period (where required). A copy of the training plan is provided to the employer and the apprentice or trainee prior to training commencement or within four weeks of the training commencement.
