Contractor inductions 

LinkSafe is the Campus Services and Infrastructure and Information Technology Services (CSIITS) contractor management platform. All contractors working with CSIITS must be registered and compliant on LinkSafe before commencing work.  

The system is used to ensure contracted companies are aware of and maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements of Chisholm.

Site access 

All contractors are required to sign in via Linksafe when arriving on site and must sign out before departing. 

Keys and access passes must be arranged in advance through the relevant project manager or works coordinator.   

Work order management system 

ServiceNow is the Campus Services and Infrastructure (CSI) work order management system.  ServiceNow is used to create, assign, and manage all work requests. Contractors are assigned work requests via the ServiceNow system, no works are to be undertaken without a valid purchase order and ServiceNow work request.  

Working with Children Check 

In accordance with Child Safe Standards, Chisholm requires all contractors to hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and provide evidence of this WWCC during their induction.
