Whatever your issue, our Student Engagement team is here to support you throughout your study journey at Chisholm. We’ll connect you with fellow students by keeping you up to date with on-campus activities, social clubs and other fun opportunities to get involved in.
The Student Engagement Officers (SEOs) ) are here to assist and guide you from enrolment to when you start your course, making sure you feel prepared and ready to go.
They’ll check in to see how you’re going with your studies, help you resolve any issues you may be facing and link you in to support services if you’re in need of a little extra help.
SEOs can help you with:
- How to access your timetable, myChisholm or student email
- Information about the support services and how you can access them
- Where and how you can find study support for assessments
- Information about Chisholm Social Clubs and how you can get involved
- Information about upcoming on-campus events and activities
- Information about the withdrawal process
- Concerns you want to raise and information about the complaints process.
