Get hands-on while you learn massage therapy techniques

Our Massage Therapy course will teach you the practical skills and knowledge to work as a professional massage therapist in a variety of settings.

You’ll learn how to conduct a client consultation and provide Swedish massage techniques to assist your clients with their physical and emotional wellbeing.

You’ll complete a minimum of 80 hours of supervised practice in our Student Massage Clinic where you will assess and treat real members of the public under the guidance of our experienced clinic supervision team. These hours are a fixed component and timetabled into the course. All practical and clinical content is delivered on our Frankston campus.

Once successfully completed, you’ll be qualified to perform relaxation massage and register with professional associations. You may find employment as a therapist at a day spa, health resort or multidisciplinary clinic.

To work in the industry, you may require a valid volunteer Working with Children Check and a valid National Police Record Check.
