Hospitality is a fast-paced and exciting industry. People who work in the sector are known for having strong and highly developed skills.
Our Certificate III in Hospitality is nationally recognised and provides specialised training. It prepares you for various roles in restaurants, hotels, pubs, cafés and more.
You'll learn in state-of-the-art hospitality training facilities. These learning areas help you gain practical experience working in student-led cafes and restaurants.
Industry-experienced teachers will guide and support you through the course. You'll take part in online and workplace assessments. And you'll have opportunities to work with industry specialists.
The course will develop your hospitality service, sales, and operation skills. It will help you gain a sound knowledge of the industry. You'll also be taught valuable techniques in using discretion and judgment.
Throughout the program, you'll have opportunities to work under limited supervision, using plans, policies, and procedures to guide work activities.

Chisholm courses are subject to minimum and maximum group numbers. Courses may be cancelled or postponed if minimum numbers are not achieved by the start date of the course. Courses may close prior to the start date if the maximum numbers are reached. In that situation, eligible applicants will be offered a place in the next available intake.
