If you work in the automotive industry and want to gain a formal qualification in management or service advising, this course is for you.
This qualification covers the skills and knowledge required to perform management roles in an automotive retail, service and repair environment.
This is an accredited non-apprenticeship course, which involves a competency-based assessment program that can be undertaken in the workplace, at Chisholm, or a combination of both. When you successfully complete this course, you’ll have the confidence to work on a broad range of light vehicle components and systems.
During the course, you'll learn about the role of individuals who perform management roles in an automotive retail, service and repair environment.
Experienced teachers, who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program, which involves a combination of practical study and theory that is assessed at the end of each unit of competency.
The course can be completed part time over six months, in conjunction with on the job training or in the workplace or onsite applications.
