The course reflects current business practices and prepares you for future trends, giving you comprehensive, versatile and relevant skills. To enrol, you must be employed in the administration or business sector. A training contract must be established between yourself and your employer.
In the program, you'll gain skills to thrive in a business setting. It covers a breadth of areas, from critical thinking to effective communication. Key learning outcomes include setting work priorities and leveraging emotional intelligence in teamwork. You'll learn about crafting spreadsheets and business documents. You'll also gain skills in implementing sustainable work practices and organising efficient business meetings.
