Develop the skills and knowledge to support and apply gender equity within public, private and community workplaces across a range of industries and sectors.
The Course in Gender Equity is Australia’s first accredited gender equity qualification. It was designed for anyone who aspires to create equal, safe and respectful workplaces.
The program is also for organisations that have responsibilities for gender action outlined in the Gender Equality Act 2020 and under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.
This program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to engage in gender equity work and identify and address gender equality issues in the workplace. You will explore gender inequality, unconscious bias and strategies to promote gender equality, providing the confidence to drive positive change

Chisholm courses are subject to minimum and maximum group numbers. Courses may be cancelled or postponed if minimum numbers are not achieved by the start date of the course. Courses may close prior to the start date if the maximum numbers are reached. In that situation, eligible applicants will be offered a place in the next available intake.
