At Chisholm Info Day you get the chance to come on campus, see our facilities, talk to our teachers and trainers and register for study area specific information sessions. It’s where our campuses are open for you to experience what it might be like to study at Chisholm.
What’s on?
Info Days have a range of information sessions by study area for you to choose from. Each session will run through the ins and outs of relevant courses, as well as show you around the specific training spaces and facilities. Plus, it’s the best way to get all your questions answered from our industry expert teachers.
Want to see more of the campus? Full campus tours will depart from a central meeting point every hour, on the hour between 1-5pm. We’ll also have team members available to discuss more general questions around enrolments, pathways, and the support services available at Chisholm.
All you need to do is register yourself or the person interested in studying) for any of the info sessions and tours that you want to attend – just pick the times that suit you best.

- How do I book in for a session?
Once you’ve found the session and time that you’d like to book, simply add a ticket to the cart. You can select multiple sessions if you are interested in more than one study area.
Once you’ve selected all your tickets, continue to checkout to receive your ticket information.
- If I’m bringing friends and family along with me, do I need to book tickets for them too?
No, you only need to book ticket/ save a spot for yourself, or the person interested in studying at Chisholm.
- Do I need to book into a specific session?
Yes, you do need to book into a specific study area info session. Or you can book for a general campus tour. This is where you will receive key information and get the full experience of the day.
- Can I register for more than one session?
Yes, absolutely. You can book in for as many different info sessions as you like – just be sure not to book in for multiple of the same session!
- Where do I go when I arrive?
Each session ticket will have a specific time and room number on it. Head straight to this location sessions will start promptly.
If you just booked for a campus tour, head to the central meeting point outlined on your ticket at the time of the tour.
- Will there be other Info Days?
Yes! There will be other opportunities to attend a Chisholm Info Day. Our upcoming dates are: 19 June 2024 (Berwick campus), 14 August 2024 (Dandenong campus), 4 September 2024 (Berwick campus), 19 February 2025 (Dandenong campus).
- Where is the central meeting point?
The central meeting point information will be outlined in our confirmation email.
- What is the room number of my session?
The room number of your session will be on your ticket and confirmed closer to the date.
- How do I cancel a session I’ve booked?
Your tickets will be sent to you via email.
- To edit or cancel your tickets/order select on the “manage order” button in the email body.
- This will take you to the Humanitix manage order web page. At the top, you can either update your order or request a refund/cancel your ticket(s)
- Select on Refund or Cancel
- Select the tickets you want to cancel and select review.
- Select on confirm to cancel the selected tickets.
