Pathway to a business management degree
• Enter the Bachelor of Business (Management and Leadership) from high school, via a diploma, without an ATAR.
• Successfully completed a diploma in your field of interest? Enter Year Two of the degree and learn how to turn your passion into a thriving business.
• If you don’t already have a Diploma you can earn your Diploma at Chisholm - we offer courses from Certificates to Degrees to help you pathway to your degree.
What you'll learn
• A strong grounding in accounting, economics, business law, statistical analysis, marketing and information technology.
• Specialised knowledge for the business world, including general management, strategic management, change management, risk management, international management, leadership, human resources and entrepreneurship.
• Management and leadership skills through a work-integrated learning project and industry project.
• Critical thinking, communication, digital literacy and interpersonal and teamwork skills.
How you'll learn
• Your Bachelor of Business (Management & Leadership) is part business major and part management major. You'll have core units in both, and no elective units.
• Via lecturer-led learning (in-person at Dandenong campus or online).
• With the full support of student services—for both domestic students and international students.

• Part-time: 2 days a week

Chisholm courses are subject to minimum and maximum group numbers. Courses may be cancelled or postponed if minimum numbers are not achieved by the start date of the course. Courses may close prior to the start date if the maximum numbers are reached. In that situation, eligible applicants will be offered a place in the next available intake.
