Course Content

1.Design of robot tools and workstation accessories using CAD software.
2.Introduction Robot Studio, RobotWare and RS workflow
3.Create and import tool library and equipment library for RobotStudio.
4.Virtual Workstation design and setup of required frames in Robot Studio.
5.Create and Modify basic Rapid program using Robot Studio.
6.Basic I/O configuration using RobotStudio.
7.Simple and complex path operation and programming using RobotStudio.

Course outcomes

- Design of tools, grippers and other accessories for robot workstation and integrate them with robot workstation.
- Design and setup manufacturing workstation using industrial robot for diverse operations including machining, welding, painting, palleting etc.
- Setup Input Outputs to interface robot with additional tools and sensors.
- Program robots using robot simulation software for complex manufacturing operations.
